End of Summer Night Market 2025 - SPACE IS LIMITED!!

Payment must be submitted to secure space. Spaces are first come first serve. We will make every effort to space similar businesses apart. Vendors submitting payment via e transfer must have completed payment with 48 hrs or registration is cancelled.

Please submit your details and contact info when submitting your application and put your business name and items you sell in the sections below.

*Terms & Conditions can be found in the Event Registration tab, titled EVENT INFO. Please note that MLMs will be limited to one rep per company for this event. If you represent an MLM that is already registered and submit your registration fees without verifying availability, your registration will be cancelled and fees refunded. 

Event Insurance is required for this event. If you do not have event insurance please visit Duuo Insurance online. 

Vendors with toys & games please note that Duuo does not cover these items, please visit Pal Insurance online.

Additional insured that must be added are: City of Prince George and Marissa Clement. 

Vendors are required to have tent weights of a minimum of 10 lbs per tent leg. Vendors without tent weights may be removed. 

Food Trucks are responsible to acquire all necessary permits and licenses set forth by the Northern Health Authority and the City of Prince George
