Do you make sugar cookies?

We hung up our apron and turned off our ovens in late 2023 to focus on creating cookie cutters.   

What other products, besides cutters do you offer?

We will begin offering cookie tools and custom packaging as we grow in 2024. We have current plans for cookie order books, cookie scribes and custom packaging along with seasonal options. 

 

Do you make custom cookie cutters?

At present we are unable to offer customized cookie cutters.

 

Can I find your cookie cutters in a store?

We will be expanding into stores in 2024! Be sure to check back for where you can find our items.

Where are you based out of?

We are based out of Northern BC Canada.

 

EVENT FAQs:

How much is it to register for an event?

Our event fees vary from event to event. They can range from $40 to $175 depending on booth sizes, multi-day or single day markets and add-ons that may be available etc.... Visit our Event Registration page to view pricing and more. 

 

Why was my request to join the FB Vendors Only Group denied?

In order to protect our small business community from online fraud we require that all members of this group are registered vendors with at least one of our events. Once you have registered for an event, use the 4 digit order confirmation code to submit your request to join and answer all member questions. 

 

How do I register for an event?

In our websites main menu you will find a section labeled Event Registration. there you will find a list of our available events and markets to register for along with our terms and conditions Labeled Event Info - which is required to read before registering. 

 

Where do I find my event details?

Event details are listed in the Event Info, listed under Event Registration. This will outline all the necessary details needed for the event including insurance requirements if applicable, set up, tear down and more. 

 

How do I know if I am registered?

When you log into your account you will see that you are in My Account. Listed under this heading you will find a list of order/invoice numbers. This is your order history. If you have registered for an event, it will be listed in these order confirmations. 

 

Will I receive an email with the event details?

No emails are sent with these details as they are listed in the Event Registration section under the Event Info link. As this information is available to our vendors 24/7 you have access anytime to review them. This ensures that our vendors receive this information immediately and is not lost in emails or sent to junk folders. Floorplans are the only email we will send and post in our FB Vendors Only Group. 

 

Can I move my fees from one event to another if I can no longer attend?

We understand that things happen and you may not be able to attend as you had intended. Unfortunately we cannot move registrations easily as there are a number of factors that can affect this. The reason we do not allow this is that fees can vary, availability can vary and we may be full for your business' category in another event and not accepting similar vendors. 

 

I need to cancel my registration - will I receive a refund?

All of our event fees are non-refundable due to the nature of organizing these events. The only time we will issue refunds is if for any reason we need to cancel the event. 

 

Why was my registration cancelled?

Your registration may have been cancelled for a few reasons. If you selected e-transfer as a payment option and did not submit payment within the 48hour deadline, our system automatically cancels your registration for non payment as per our payment policy. In addition, your registration may have been cancelled due to breach of our policies at a past event or a submit registration under false pretenses. 

 

Do you require insurance for your events?

Not all events will require insurance, however many do. To determine if the event/market you would like to register for requires insurance, please refer to the Event Info listed under the Event Registration section. 

Some venues will require this of us to rent their facility or the city may require if we are on city property. We always encourage our vendors to carry vendor insurance for an event. Our policies for events (Event Info) outline that our company, its owners, its subsidiaries and any affiliates are not held legally liable in the event that a vendor chooses not to carry insurance and the vendor is solely responsible for any legal action against them as a result.
