Shipping policy

Order processing
We currently offer two ship out days during the week. Monday and Wednesday. We will ship your order based on the time your order was placed and the date it is requested for. 

The cut off time is as follows:

• Monday cut off is Wednesday at 11:59pm

• Wednesday cut off is Monday at 11:59pm

*please note that if our order capacity is reached prior to the specific cut off time we will close off that date

Delivery timeline
Our shipping calculator during the order process will tell you exactly how many business days your cookies will arrive from the day we ship out. When you are counting, the ship out day is day 0 and the next day 1, etc. For example, If it says 3 days shipping, and your ship out date is Monday it will arrive on Thursday.

Within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia you can typically expect your order to arrive one day after the ship out date (Although typically it is within one day, in the current environment it may be longer). For example, if you pick Monday then it will usually arrive on Tuesday. We currently do not offer international shipping but will be looking at adding this option in the near future. 
*Please note that delivery times are currently not guaranteed by our shipping carriers due to Covid-19 or adverse weather during certain seasons. The time on the cart page and actual delivery time may vary. 

Package Liability
There is a chance your package may be delayed or damaged en route. Unfortunately we have no control once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Our goal is to make every Just Sugar Cookies experience an 12 out of 10 even if it is something out of our control. If your package has come late, or been damaged during the shipping process please email us at justsugarcookiesbc@gmail.com and we will do everything we need to make the situation a happy one for you!
