Orders are not confirmed until checkout and payment have been submit. Once your order has been submit, changes cannot be made. Refunds are not available for custom orders. 

Once your order has been placed, please take note of your order date, time and location.  

We recommend that you submit a minimum of one sample photo. Please note that we aim to protect other artists' works and will only use the submit photos as inspiration.
